Terms and Conditions for Pickup of Farm Fresh Eggs

1. Freshness Guarantee: Our farm fresh eggs are collected daily from our free-range chickens and washed before pickup to ensure cleanliness and quality. We take pride in delivering eggs that are fresh, safe, and ready for use.

2. Product Handling: While we take every precaution to ensure the eggs are washed and handled with care, we recommend storing them in a cool environment and consuming them within the recommended timeframe for optimal freshness and taste.

3. Quality Assurance: All eggs are inspected for quality before they are made available for pickup. If any eggs are found to be cracked or damaged, we will replace them with fresh ones upon notification within 48 hours of pickup.

4. Returns & Refunds: Due to the perishable nature of our farm fresh eggs, returns or refunds are only offered in cases where the product is damaged at pickup or not up to quality standards. Please contact us immediately if there is an issue with your order.

5. Pickup & Storage: We are not responsible for the eggs once they have been picked up by the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the eggs are stored properly to maintain freshness.
